Translators
Job summary:
The staffers we need most. As a large number of our projects do not have furigana, it is required for Japanese translators at least to be willing to work without it at times. We'd like to take on several new projects, but we can't do this without translators (obviously), and we also have to get our current projects moving along quicker.

Japanese Proofreaders
Job summary:
Compare Chinese translations to Japanese raws and point out any major differences between the two. You're Japanese doesn't have to be perfect, but you'd have to be profficient enough to notice any errors; whether you re-translate it yourself or simply point out areas you believe should be re-translated, is up to you. It'd really save our Japanese translator(s) a lot of time that could be spent translating other manga.

Editors
Job summary:
Due to the lack of instructors, only experienced editors are eligible for the position. Applicants must be able to edit in the style demonstrated in Storm in Heaven and Forevermore's editing guides.
FM's editing guide
*editors will be required to do the cleaning and text setting.
SiH's editing guide
*we use the specifications listed in the Post-Editing section under Saving to PNG for saving our files, but you don't need to use PNGcrush.

QCers
Job summary:
Go over the editing and spot any errors -- you must be an experienced editor to qualify. QCers must have sufficient knowledge of English (including grammar and punctuation). Softies need not apply -- if you spot an error, you need to point it out in the QC.

Web Tech
Job summary:
We need someone to overhaul the site (redo the whole site -- new layout, and migration to wordpress). You'll have two staffers to assist you (you'll be in charge of the majority, but if need help anywhere they can give you a hand). Knowledge of coding (preferably php) and blogs (to migrate from b2 to wordpress) is required.
